A growing body of research evidence is demonstrating the importance of time spent in nature for our health. Studies report exposure to nature increases wellbeing, including subjective wellbeing, happiness, resilience, and a reduction in social isolation.
The aim of this short course is to inspire you to engage more with everyday nature and provide you with a few ideas to start exploring your local environment more often with others.
By the end of this course, you will.
Please note – This workshop involves practical elements, delivered outdoors, so please bring, or wear outer layers suitable for the weather.
