Connect 5 is a practical and interactive mental wellbeing training programme. The programme is designed to support non-specialist staff/volunteers to better understand and support mental wellbeing. The programme however is beneficial, and open, to anyone who is looking to increase their skills and confidence around mental wellbeing conversations.
