  • Our Recovery Academy courses are for everyone.
  • We accept service users, carers, volunteers, members of the public, from anywhere.
  • We aim to deal with all requests within three working days, not including Bank Holidays and weekends.
  • The Recovery Academy’s face-to-face courses have a quota of places available on each course for different ‘categories’ of participants: service users and carers, GMMH workforce/peer workforce/ volunteers, students on placement, and external organisations.
  • Places on courses for service users and carers are prioritised.  
  • If you get a notification to say you’ve been put on the course waiting list, it’s because the quota of places available for your ‘category’ has been met and we’re keeping the remaining places open for service users and carers to book.
