  5. some myths and facts about vaping;
  6. the risks of vaping in young people;
  7. how vapes can support you in quitting smoking and staying quit;
  8. how to access local NHS Stop Smoking Services and NHS-endorsed stop smoking treatments;
  9. quitting tips, support available, and lived experience success stories to motivate you to make positive changes.

 

How long does it take?

The course takes about 90 – 120 minutes to complete.
