Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) – Supporting a child with (suspected) FASD

This course explores some FASD-informed strategies for
parents, carers, professionals with responsibilities for supporting a child with
(suspected) FASD, or for anyone interested in learning more about this topic.

What will I learn?

By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of:

  • How to build on the strengths a child with (suspected) FASD has.
  • Strategies which can support a child with (suspected) FASD.
  • Strategies which can support a young person with some associated difficulties of (suspected) FASD.
  • What support is available and where to find it.

 

We recommend giving yourself at least 45 minutes to work through the course.
