Understanding & Managing Imposter Syndrome

Imposter syndrome is a common experience that can cause persistent self-doubt, a fear of being exposed as a fraud, and the inability to internalise achievements.

Many people will encounter feelings of imposterism at some point in their lives, particularly in moments of transition, success, or challenge. While often hidden, these feelings can undermine confidence, increase anxiety, and limit personal and professional growth.

This course will help participants understand imposter syndrome, recognize its impact, and develop strategies to manage it. Using a mix of psychological insights, practical, evidence-based strategies, interactive activities, holistic approaches and real-life experiences, attendees will leave with tools to overcome self-doubt and build a more compassionate and realistic sense of your own competence and worth.
