Who is it for?
This course is for clinical staff in ‘qualified roles’ from all community based services (except medics), e.g. CPNs, Social Workers, Keyworkers and any other staff that use the Staff Diary to plan their week.
What does it cover?
It covers Service User record maintenance including referrals, care documents (Such as STAR v2, MH Clusters and CPA Reviews), progress notes, documents, letters and the inbox. It also covers caseload management and staff diary functionality. The course content is tailored around the role and responsibilities for clinicians and will provide the basic skills to navigate, search and record information correctly on the Paris system.
How do I complete this course?
To complete this course you will need to complete your Information Governance training, view all the e-learning modules and Pass the Fair Warning and Paris assessment.
