PSIRF Training for Managers (Learning Response Training)

This one day course for managers who are responsible for managing
incidents and leading on learning responses will give an overview of the
changes for managing patient safety incidents and an understanding of how to
lead on different learning responses.

Target Audience: Clinical staff at band 7 and above who may be expected to manage patient
safety incidents or lead a learning response as part of their job role
