As the title suggests, this course will focus on an overall summary of Family Law, including basic information about domestic abuse, arrangements for children upon separation, Children’s Services (Public Children Law) and divorce.
Neuroimaging is a technique which allows us to study the structure and function of the brain. It enables us to investigate the mechanisms involved in brain changes during neurodegenerative disorders such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Independent Mental Health Advocates support people with mental health problems and their families to exercise their basic human rights, and to assist public services in avoiding breaches of human rights.
The session will consider the issues such as confidentiality, comments made to officers and how to raise concerns. It will also look at the legal, ethical, and practical role of the Appropriate Adult at the police station and mistakes that could be made.
