Research suggests that teaching people to develop self-compassion can reduce shame and self-criticism, as well as lead to improvements in their mental wellbeing.
This course will help you to gain an awareness of how we become overly attached to our own self attacking patterns, especially when we are struggling with feelings of great sadness or threat. It will also help to strengthen your ability to be non-judgmentally receptive to events and develop your capacity to be more compassionate.
