Chronic Pain – Self-help resources

Pain that lasts for more than 3 months is known as chronic
pain or persistent pain. ‘Chronic’ means it has lasted for a long time, it does
not refer to how bad the pain is.

Find information and resources to help you think about your chronic pain and the impact it has on your life.

You may also find it useful to think about things you have tried to help manage your symptoms and the ways in which these may have been helpful and/or unhelpful.
