Neurographics for Mental Wellbeing

Neurographics for Mental Wellbeing is a creative, hands-on workshop designed to introduce participants to the therapeutic technique of Neurographic art.

Guided by foundational principles developed by Russian psychologist and artist Pavel Piskarev, participants will discover how abstract drawing techniques can help dissolve inner tension, reduce stress and anxiety, foster insight, and reconnect with personal strengths with this meditative practice.

Through guided exercises, this session offers a nurturing space to engage with emotions and access calm through mindful creativity. The practice is grounded in the neuroscience of neuroplasticity, which encourages the rewiring of the brain through repetitive and mindful artistic expression. No prior artistic experience is required, just a willingness to engage, reflect and create.
