Understanding & Managing Grief

Grief is a common experience that most people will go through at some point in their lives. Grief occurs when we lose someone or something that is close to us and there is no ‘normal’ or ‘right’ way to grieve. People experience a wide range of emotions and reactions following a loss and this can cause significant distress to those affected.

Join us on this course to gain a deeper understanding of loss and the grieving process. We will also explore how you can support yourself and others following a loss, as well as NHS and community support services that are available.
