Revised training following the updated CL20 – Seclusion Policy Target Audience: Registered staff B5 and above who are part of an aspect of seclusion authorisation or review. 

Professional Boundary Training

Professional Boundary training following a series of complaints and incidents where blurring/breach of professional boundaries was identified as a risk for service users and staff. Target Audience: Nursing staff and Allied Health Professionals

Introduction to Active Bystander Half Day

Brief Description: A half day introduction to Active Bystander including understanding microaggression and how to safety challenge unacceptable behaviour.   Target Audience: Anyone at GMMH is eligible to attend this training
