Because we can’t see you in person at the moment, some of our tutors have made some self help videos to help you during this difficult time. Hopefully they will help you feel motivated to tackling low mood, anxiety, worry, and sleep disruption. Some of our students have told us it is nice to see our tutors faces too, even if it is just on camera. We know that feeling connected is one of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and we hope these videos help you to feel connected to us in some way.
